Agreement & Performance Payout Terms

This section outlines the specific contractual mechanics of our performance-based compensation model, ensuring alignment between agency scaling efforts and client revenue growth.

1. Revenue Definition

Performance-based revenue is defined as the total gross monetary value of all processed transactions. Revenue generated from leads, sales, calls, bookings, or customers attributed to campaigns managed by the agency during each 30-day billing period shall be the basis for payout calculations.

2. Attribution & Billing Cycle

All revenue is attributed within the specific 30-day billing period in which the initial engagement occurred. We utilize a first-touch attribution model for all agency-managed channels to ensure every customer journey is accurately tracked from the first click to the final conversion.

3. The 30–90 Day Close Window

To prevent discrepancies in long-cycle sales, a protective attribution window is enforced. If a lead comes in during the 30 days but buys later, you still get paid if they close within 30 to 90 days after the campaign. Otherwise they could delay sales to avoid paying you. This window ensures that the agency is fairly compensated for high-intent leads generated during active management periods, regardless of the client's internal sales processing speed.

Contractual Obligations

By engaging with Ascent Scaling, the client acknowledges that the performance payout structure is an essential component of the service agreement. Revenue generated from leads, sales, calls, bookings, or customers attributed to campaigns managed by the agency during each 30-day billing period remains billable even post-termination if closed within the 90-day window. Clients are obligated to provide complete CRM access to verify these sales. Failure to provide transparent reporting or timely payment of performance-based fees constitutes a breach of these obligations and may result in the immediate suspension of all active scaling operations.
