How Ascent Scaling Actually Works

This page breaks down exactly how we track results, how Meta ads actually work, and how that connects to what you pay. No vague promises — just the real mechanics.

How We Track Your Results

Every campaign we run is connected to the Meta Pixel — a small piece of tracking code placed on your website. When someone clicks one of our ads and later takes an action on your site, the Pixel reports it back to us.

For businesses that sell directly online, we track Purchase events — the actual transaction, in real dollars, no estimating.

For businesses where customers book a call, request a quote, or fill out a form instead of checking out on the spot, we track Lead events instead. We agree on a fair estimated value per lead upfront, based on real industry data for your type of business.

Either way, we use a 30-day attribution window — meaning if someone clicks your ad and converts within 30 days, it's counted. This is standard practice across the industry and gives an accurate picture of what your ads actually produced, not a guess.

How Meta Ads Actually Work

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads run through an auction system. When you launch a campaign, you're not picking exactly who sees it — you're telling Meta's algorithm what outcome you want (a purchase, a lead, a call), and it shows your ad to the people most likely to take that action, learning and adjusting as real data comes in.

This is why broad, algorithm-driven targeting generally outperforms narrow, manually restricted targeting today — Meta's system has more data on your potential customers than any manual guess would. Our job is building the campaign structure, the creative, and the tracking so that algorithm has accurate data to work with from day one.

How Pricing Connects to Results

Because we track everything through the Pixel, our pricing can be tied directly to real outcomes instead of a flat monthly fee. Every 30 days, we calculate what your campaigns actually produced — leads or revenue — and you pay 10% of that. No averages, no guesswork, and nothing owed for results we didn't actually generate.

What We Need From You

Access to your Meta ad account

The Meta Pixel installed on your website (we can help set this up)

A minimum ad budget, paid directly to Meta — this ensures there's enough data and reach to produce real results

Fast follow-up on leads we generate, since a lead that never gets called back doesn't turn into revenue for either of us
